Data files

marxbase-1.0-data.zip (170 KB) holds the results, genes, orthologs, strains, papers (without abstracts), products and comparisons as CSV files that open in Excel, a SQLite database, citations in CSL-JSON, a data dictionary, checksums and a licence notice.

From the search page you can also download the results you are looking at as a CSV file, and export the papers behind them as references (BibTeX, RIS, CSL-JSON, or formatted AMA, APA, MLA and NLM).
